We will gladly exchange products due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase. The Vapour Lounge does not offer refunds. If a product is defective and needs to be exchanged, you the buyer are responsible for return shipping costs. 

No refunds or returns on e-juice. 

No warrantee on atomizers, cartomizers or clearomizers. 

"Warranty” means repair or replacement of defective item. (no refunds)

Replacement parts will not be sent until defective parts are received by us and inspected.

Defective parts must be received in original packaging.
